Registration payment (in full)*

The full registration fee is US$295. Additional fees may apply if using other currency. The registration deadline is May 17. If cancellations are received after that date, we cannot guarantee a refund unless the retreat has a waitlist, and another registrant can use the slot.

Scholarship

Registration payment (with partial scholarship) - Prior authorization is required

MetroWest Intergroup offers a limited number of $100 scholarships for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend. Scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to those who have not previously received one. To request a scholarship, please email retreat@metrowestoa.org before registering. If approved, you may return to this form and select the reduced payment option ($195). Do not select the reduced rate unless you have already received approval. All payments must be received by May 15.
